This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding - we felt like we got a fantastic deal for our stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the gorgeous furnishings in our room with a view on Bali, to the very comfortable beds, every aspect of our stay was well thought out. And lastly, the breakfast options were top-notch. We had such a variety of choices that we never had to order the same thing twice.

Nestled in a peaceful location near an active volcano, this hotel provides a serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. the spacious bungalows with outdoor bathrooms and comfy beds are ideal for a relaxing stay. the friendly staff go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience. While the hotel doesn't have other restaurants nearby, the restaurant on the property serves delicious local cuisine, including coffee, and offers refreshing mountain bikes to explore the stunning surroundings.

The Wi-Fi connection was spotty, making it difficult to keep up with work or stay connected with loved ones back home.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great outdoor shower. The breakfast offered was good, especially the local options that we enjoyed. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby tourist attractions. We loved the local tour organized by the staff and the laundry service was efficient and quick.

The swimming pool was too small to properly swim in. We mentioned our issues to the manager, but he did not seem to care enough.

This place was the perfect romantic escape! the rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, and the view was stunning. the location was ideal, as it was off the main road, providing tranquility and privacy. the grounds were well-maintained, and the greenery enhanced the relaxing ambiance.

The food was quite expensive and overpriced, and the service could have been better. Room service was not available when we were out exploring the area, which was a bit disappointing.
